We are committed to supporting initiatives that make a real impact at a local level. Our support is provided to over one hundred various community organizations such as sports teams, non-profit organizations, special events, schools, and foundations.
Programs supported by Diamond North Credit Union happen right in the communities where our members live and work, and where our employees can see the results of their efforts in action. We proudly support communities with donations and sponsorships of various events, delivering approximately 3% of our pre-tax profit to the communities we serve each year.
2017 CRI Learning Grant
Diamond North Credit Union's partner, CRI Canada is pleased to introduce the 2017 Learning Grant Program. This program will award 2 $1000 Learning Grants to eligible Saskatchewan students for full-time study at a qualifying Canadian college or university in 2017.
If you are a student and a member of a Saskatchewan Credit Union, you are eligible to apply for a Learning Grant provided you have received a valid high school diploma or will be eligible to receive a diploma during the year of application. Learning Grants are also open to first year post secondary students!
These learning grants will be awarded on the basis of a number of factors that include academic achievement, artistic/athletic achievements, community involvement, and leadership displayed. A selection committee comprised of senior-level credit union employees will determine successful candidates. Application materials will not be returned to you. Recipients of the awards must agree to have their name and photograph published.

Discover Co-op Camp!
Each year, Diamond North Credit Union sponsors youth to attend the Saskatchewan Co-operative Youth Program's (SCYP) Co-op Camp. The SCYP Co-op Camp is an opportunity for 12-18 year old youth to get away from it all while learning new things, making new friends, developing leadership skills and growing as an individual.
The SCYP's camps are held at Candle Lake and Last Mountain Lake throughout the month of July. These camps focus on leadership, cooperation and personal development through a variety of activities. Find out more about the program by visiting Saskatchewan Co-operative Youth Program's website (below) or by picking up a brochure at any Diamond North Credit Union branch.
Upon completing the application form, be sure to bring it back to Diamond North Credit Union. The selected youth applicants will receive confirmation of sponsorship at least two weeks prior to the commencement of camp. For additional information, please visit www.sask.coop.
