Aviso Wealth Survey

Between May 27 and June 7, Aviso Wealth is requesting client feedback through an online survey. The survey’s purpose is to better understand how clients feel about their overall wealth management relationship and how Aviso can build stronger solutions and interaction experiences.


The survey will be administered by the Aviso Wealth Research Team. The survey invitation email will be coming from with the Subject Line: Your Opinion Matters - Share it with us today.


Surveys invitations will be sent to members on May 27th and the survey will close on June 7th. We encourage our members to provide their feedback to Aviso by taking the survey.

Fraudulent Phone Calls - February 2024

On the weekend of February 24-25, 2024, members reported receiving phone calls from the Diamond North Credit Union Fraud Department. These members were vigilant and recognized that it was not DNCU calling, as the calls were received on the weekend. The callers were fraudsters. 

DNCU would rarely (if ever) call you on the weekend or after hours. We would also never pressure you to click links, send or accept eTransfers, etc. If we did need to contact you, we would identify ourselves by name and department and then provide the reason for the call.
